Our teams work with clients right across the stack; UX, UI design, frontend, backend, analytics, infrastructure, operations - everything needed to deliver great products.

We are continuing to grow and are seeking Engineering Managers to help to lead our flagship telecoms OSS/BSS products.

You will

Play a central role in shaping engineering practice across technology, process and culture
Lead teams responsible for delivering and operating a critical telecom product, ensuring quality, reliability and predictable delivery
Work closely with product managers, architects and client stakeholders to drive priorities and long-term roadmap direction
Support engineers and team leads through coaching, feedback and career development
Make sound technical decisions, guide architectural trade-offs and uphold strong engineering standards
Drive continuous improvement in how teams build, deliver and operate the product
Hire and onboard talented engineers who raise the bar
Contribute to company-wide engineering initiatives as part of the wider engineering management team

You may be a fit for this role if you

Have managed teams that have shipped and operated complex, integration-heavy software systems in production
Enjoy understanding how things work end-to-end and can move comfortably between architecture discussions and delivery decisions
Work well cross-functionally and can balance competing priorities with clear judgement
Build healthy, high-performing teams by combining clear expectations with a coaching-led approach
Thrive on autonomy, accountability and a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Have at least seven years of experience as a software engineer with hands-on development in languages such as Java/Kotlin or JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong experience with cloud platforms
Have at least four years of experience managing engineers
Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken
Are willing to come to our office in Poznań 1–2 times per week
