The Engineering Manager - Servicing will be a key member of R+ J’s Technology team and will report directly to the Head of Product Engineering. You’ll manage and coach a team of senior engineers who are responsible for the smooth operation and automation of our product lines. You’ll be expected to autonomously develop, improve, and monitor these systems from a software engineering perspective, as well as work with the product team to deliver new servicing capabilities, especially in a partner-facing capacity.

Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $210,000 / year

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role, experience level and balancing internal equity relative to other teammates.
