As the Engineering Manager, Product, you will lead the teams that build Bizee's customer-facing experiences. You will manage 3-5 Technical Leads across ~20 engineers
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be in the code reviews, in the architecture discussions, and in the sprint retros. If your approach is to "set direction and delegate," this is not the right fit. You should be comfortable debugging production issues alongside your team, reviewing PRs weekly, and personally demonstrating how to use Claude Code effectively.
This is a hands-on, AI-powered leadership role. You have experience building secure, maintainable, production-quality applications using Claude Code. You use AI tools daily to review PRs, debug issues, and accelerate development. We will ask you to demonstrate this with real examples from your work.
