Requirements
• 7–10 years in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years in leadership roles
• Proficiency in Python (Django), Vue.js, Laravel, ReactJS, Node.js, JavaScript
• Strong cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD
• Expertise in system architecture, scalability, optimization
• Hands‑on experience in infrastructure, security, disaster recovery, compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
Responsibilities
• Oversee SDLC and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
• Implement Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Define and monitor engineering KPIs and SLAs for team productivity
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to align development with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and grow engineering team; define structure, hiring needs, and career paths
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning
• Bridge technical and non‑technical teams, provide updates to senior leadership
• Coordinate cloud infrastructure management (fault tolerance, scalability)
• Review and refine system architectures for availability and security
• Support Zero‑Trust architecture, secure APIs, and ensure compliance (SOC2, GDPR, ISO)
• Contribute to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning (RTO/RPO, failover strategies)
