Job Description
 

We are looking for someone who can work with product team to extend and scale one of our 3 product lines by working with a team of 5-10 developers. Every product line has the dependency on other products within LimeTray eco-system and EM is expected to collaborate with different internal teams to own stable and scalable releases.

While every product-line has their own tech stack - different products have different technologies and it's expected that TL is comfortable working across all of them as and when needed. Some of the technologies/frameworks that we work on - Microservices, Java, Node, MySQL, MongoDB, React, Kubernetes, AWS.

Core Competencies

• 7+ years work experience in building, managing and maintaining products or services end to end. 
  Minimum 3-year work experience in leading teams.
• Experienced in MYSQL/MongoDB • Experience in Java/Spring& Javascript/ReactJS.
• Experienced in building scalable & stable microservice architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of Java & design patterns.
• Knowledge in Python/Node.js is a plus.
• Expert in handling messaging services like pubsub or streaming (Eg: Kafka)
• Has the understanding of industry trends in distributed computing.
• Has handled end to end development including deployment and monitoring.
• Has good design & architecture skill
• Has good analytical & problem-solving skills • Has good management skills in terms of motivating and     mentoring the team.
• Has a positive attitude and build repo with the team and stakeholders outside the team
