Act as a Scrum Master, coaching and facilitating one or multiple teams in adopting and continuously improving Agile practices.
Partner with technical leaders to establish, maintain, and evolve engineering practices that ensure high-quality deliverables, meeting KMS standards and exceeding customer expectations.
Collaborate closely with key customer stakeholders—primarily based in the U.S.—to ensure effective onshore–offshore coordination and proactively resolve blockers when needed.
Serve as a servant leader, inspiring, motivating, and developing team members to build high-performing, cohesive, and successful teams.
Actively support delivery execution by identifying risks, removing impediments, and ensuring teams remain focused on value-driven outcomes.

Strong foundation in software requirements, development processes, project management, and people leadership.
3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with high adaptability to new processes and the ability to tailor and enhance Agile practices to fit team and project needs.
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and QA engineers (both manual and automation).
Proven track record of excellence in project management, practice/service management, and mentoring others in leadership and delivery best practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Well-developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable.
Experience delivering projects with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices is a strong plus.
Experience working with US/EU stakeholders is a plus.
