Helpshift is a SaaS platform that enables companies to provide a seamless customer support experience within the app! You will work on projects that impact these conversations in order to bring maximum value to the consumer.
As an Engineering Manager you will get a chance to work with and manage a technically rigorous but fun team of engineers.
