Position Overview:

We seek an Engineering Manager to lead high-impact deliveries through hands-on technical leadership. You’ll mentor a team of developers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure seamless collaboration across global R&D teams, while owning quality end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team developing large-scale, fault-tolerant systems in Golang.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features, including testing, automation, and quality assurance.
• Ensure your team’s deliverables meet high-quality standards, troubleshoot customer issues, and drive timely resolutions.
• Build and scale a development team that works independently and collaborates with other R&D teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Align technical direction with JFrog’s long-term vision.
• Partner with Product, Support, and cross-functional teams to streamline execution. 

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of overall industry experience, including 3+ years managing development teams and 3+ years building systems in Golang.
• Expertise in scalable, low-latency systems; familiarity with SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Strong grasp of DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, SRE).
• Quality-first mindset: Experience with test automation, QA processes, and debugging production issues.
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills; Agile/Scrum experience.
