Engineering Manager - Integrations

The Job

As the Engineering Manager for the Integrations team you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact team that directly influences Panther's ability to deliver value to customers, making this role critical to the company's growth and success in the cybersecurity market. The team is responsible for ensuring seamless integration with 100+ data sources, enrichment providers, and alert destinations, directly impacting customer success and product adoption. Your team will empower flagship companies such as Block, Bitstamp, Cockroach Labs, Grindr, Asana and more!

The Responsibilities

• Growing and evolving the team through individual mentorship, hiring, and technical expertise.
• Partnering closely with product managers, designers, engineers, support engineers and account managers across the company to define your team’s vision and roadmap.
• Leading and participating in critical technical, design, and product discussions with leaders across the organization and company.
• Contributing to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Panther’s engineering management team.
• Ensuring engineering deliverables are delivered on time, to specification, with an emphasis on quality.

The Requirements

• 4+ years managing a Product engineering team at a high-growth, ventured-backed SaaS company.
• Experience with owning all aspects of people management for cross disciplinary teams.
• Experience with growing teams and partnering closely with a recruiting team.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers and Designers.
• Experience owning user-facing product features.
• Experience contributing to strategic direction, roadmaps, and processes.
• Experience with AWS and technologies such as Serverless, Golang, React, TypeScript and GraphQL.
