Pinterest is seeking a seasoned engineering manager to lead our Product Security Engineering team. In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing product security programs to safeguard Pinterest products and assets. This team is responsible for working on security of our api platform, our identity product, and bot detection features. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks in products, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards, and staying updated on the latest security threats and best practices. You will help build, nurture and empower the team to support continued growth in their careers. Ideal candidates will have experience designing creative approaches to scale security through automation and communication.
