🎯 What you’ll do:
own the technical delivery of game teams from idea to live operations:
write and review production code regularly
design and evolve game systems
step into complex technical problems when they matter
ensure games are stable, performant, and shippable
You’ll run the full lifecycle: discovery → implementation → QA → release → live ops. You’ll work closely with engineers, QA, product, and art - not as a coordinator, but as a technical decision-maker.
This is not a people-heavy management role. Leadership comes from technical ownership and example.
🔧 How hands-on is this? Very.
commit code to production
review architecture and PRs
debug live issues
pair with engineers on hard problems
🧠 What you bring
strong hands-on engineering background
experience owning production systems
comfort with live releases and real users

Strong plus
Games / iGaming / real-time products

You don’t code anymore

👉 This is for you if
You want to lead teams through technical strength, ship real products, and stay close to the code while having more impact.
