Lead the Finance team to enhance clinic payment systems and streamline operations, while mentoring staff and shaping the technical strategy.
Role
As an Engineering Manager in this group, you’ll be fully responsible and accountable for managing your team(s), ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards. You’ll also actively partner with your Product counterparts and Staff Engineers to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole. You will lead the Finance team responsible for domains like clinic payments, invoices, financial reports, health insurance integrations and others. The role reports directly to the Engineering Director.

While expertise in specific technologies isn’t required, this is a technical role, and a solid technical background is essential to effectively support the teams.
What you will be doing
Manage, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance assessments.
Define and manage the technical vision and strategy for your area.
Ensure accountability for all team initiatives.
Serve as a point of reference for the Leadership team and key stakeholders.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong technical background across the SDLC, with the ability to support and unblock your teams in complex technical discussions.
Experience modernizing legacy systems into modern architectures, as well as leading teams’ ways of working.
