Observability One of the best in-house designed observability systems processing a few 10s of millions of events per second and many more. Requirements: He/She/They should have 10+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering Hands on Experience in any of BD (Hadoop, Kafka, EMRs, Ranger, Spark, Hive, Starburst, Looker, TigerGraph, Neo4j) will be a big plus Strong practical knowledge of managing AWS Infrastructure specially EC2, Load Balancers, Cloud Front, Elastic Cache, EBS, S3, IAM, Cloud Watch, Auto Scaling, Lambda, etc. Understanding of open source server software (such as tomcat, hbase, Kafka, MYSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch) Very good Experience in Infra automation (Ansible, Terraform, could formation or others) Hands-on Experience in Kubernetes / EKS / Docker / ECS etc Hands-on experience in writing automation using Shell, Python, PowerShell. Strong experience in Jenkins / Maven / Gradle etc Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline using JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Nexus, docker. Hands-on in CI/CD automation for EC2 / ASG / EKS / ECS using helm / jenkins and other tools Experience in Configuration Management / DevOps / CI:CD / Agile Very good knowledge in administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems like centos / ubuntu etc Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills Good experience in security compliance fixing on Systems like OS upgrade / Patching / Kernel optimization etc. Understanding of security in cloud solutions (API security, HTTPS, TLS, etc). Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP). Knowledge of SQL Queries will be added advantage Preferred Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Skills that will help you succeed in this role: Tech Stack: Lang: Java, DB: RDBMS, Messaging: Kafka/RabbitMQ, Caching: Redis/Aerospike, Micro services, AWS Strong experience in scaling, performance tuning & optimization at both API and storage layers Hands-on leader, and problem solver with a passion for excellence.
