Role Overview:
As a hands-on Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team building scalable C++/Unix systems and ensure successful collaboration across global development teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a strong backend engineering team.
Deliver performant, reliable, and secure solutions.
Ensure adherence to development best practices and architecture.
Coordinate with global peers on project planning and delivery.
Requirements:
12+ years of C++ development with at least 3 years in leadership;
Solid experience in multithreading and Linux-based systems;
Strong debugging, testing, and CI/CD background;
Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of networking protocols or distributed systems;
Exposure to C++20, Boost, STL, or other modern C++ libraries;
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools;
Familiarity with Java (Spring Boot) and Redis.
