Rather than require specialized integration experts, Digibee lets every developer quickly build, test, deploy, govern, and monitor integrations across on-premise and cloud environments using a simple but powerful low-code interface.

Founded in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2017 and headquartered in Weston, Florida, our team is widely distributed throughout the Americas. In May of 2023, Digibee closed a Series B funding round of $60 million that is intended to drive our expansion in the United States.

About the role

You will lead a senior, high-impact Engineering team responsible for building and scaling critical AI-driven capabilities at Digibee. This role is about execution, clarity, and leadership in complex, fast-paced environments, turning ambiguity into reliable delivery.

On a typical day, you will…

• Turn ambiguous product and technical goals into clear plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive healthy team dynamics, resolving conflicts, facilitating tough trade-offs, and escalating issues with clarity and ownership.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver enterprise-grade, data-driven AI capabilities with high reliability.
• Ensure architectural and technical decisions are sound, scalable, and aligned with long-term platform strategy.

What You'll Need To Bring...

• A proven track record leading senior and principal-level engineers, including people who are more technically specialized than you.
• Strong delivery execution at scale, with experience running complex, multi-team initiatives with 10+ engineers.
• Excellent communication and conflict-management skills, including the ability to negotiate trade-offs and escalate issues effectively.
• Solid technical credibility in modern engineering practices, architecture, and platform-level decision-making.
• Experience in fast-paced, product-driven startups or scale-ups 
• Background building enterprise-grade products where data quality, consistency, and results are business-critical.
