Exciting developments are going on at our long-established and thriving Beenham site, which is based less than ten miles from the vibrant city of Reading. We’re now looking for a Maintenance Manager to take the lead on implementing our maintenance strategy while developing and coaching our team of dedicated engineers. This is a newly created role which allows for a clear progression pathway within the business.
What’s the mission?
You will deliver the maintenance strategy across the Beenham site through engaging leadership and strong people management skills! People are at the heart of our operation, so it is key that you are an engaging and forward-thinking leader. You will lead the maintenance programme that delivers project benefits and improves asset reliability safely, within budget, and to the highest of standards.
You’ll be leading a team of 5 direct and 12+ indirect reports whilst being responsible for all Maintenance activities and compliance, Health & Safety requirements, continuous improvement, and people development. You’ll build collaborative relationships with internal teams and stakeholders at Marley and Marshalls to ensure that leverage and integration are maximised.
