We are looking for an Engineering Lead for our Simulation Infrastructure Team, focused on developing Motion Services and Physics. This role ensures that our capabilities in these areas are robust, efficient, and scalable, empowering our customers to design and optimize manufacturing systems with confidence.
You will collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, and other engineering leads to deliver features comprising (Robot) Motion Controller, Mobile Robotics, Conveyor Path Systems and Rigid Body Physics Simulation. The team operates at the heart of our platform, driving innovation and providing cutting-edge technology in the domain.
Our team size is typically 5–8 people. Your tasks will include recruiting new team members to this team. We expect you to be able to come to the office 3 days a week to ensure the best possible start and build up the team.
Experience leading software development teams.
Strong understanding of software architecture, working with legacy code bases, refactoring, and API design.
Familiarity with test automation strategies.
Strong C++ is a mandatory skill; .NET (C#) skills need to be on a good level.
Excellent communication, coaching, and people skills.
Ability to navigate stakeholder needs and align multiple teams toward a common goal.
