The role and the team
Your impact
In this role you will:
- Lead and mentor the Product Infra team, with regular 1:1s focused on wellbeing, growth, and professional development
- Driving improvements across:
- Product customization and variation for desktop products
- Product deployment, including distribution and software update mechanisms
- Desktop build systems, improving speed, modularity, and reliability
- Dependency management, keeping dependencies organized and up to date and enabling SBOM reporting
- Test infrastructure, enhancing our custom testing solutions for the 3D simulation platform
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and Quality Assurance on cross‑team dependencies
- Facilitate team decision‑making and maintaining momentum toward shared goals
- Provide technical and quality oversight through design reviews and testing strategies
- Champion continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and product quality
The skills you will bring
Proven experience leading software development teams
Strong hands‑on experience with .NET (C#)
Familiarity with C++ is a plus
Solid understanding of build pipelines, dependency management, and test automation strategies
Experience with or exposure to product customization processes
Excellent communication, coaching, and people‑leadership skills
Ability to balance stakeholder needs and align multiple teams toward a shared goal
A growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for empowering others
