Panther's Ingestion & Application team is the engine that powers customer success. We're building seamless integrations with 100+ data sources, enrichment providers, and alert destinations that enable security teams at companies like Block, Bitstamp, Cockroach Labs, Grindr, and Asana to protect their organizations at scale. This team's work directly determines how quickly customers can onboard, prove value in POCs, and drive revenue growth. We're looking for an engineering leader who can scale this high-performing, autonomous team while maintaining the velocity, ownership, and reliability standards the team has built.
You'll lead a team of 8 talented engineers based primarily in Greece (Athens or Thessaloniki, with one in New York), with plans to grow further! This is Panther's most autonomous engineering team - they own critical domains that drive out-of-box integrations essential for winning POCs and closing deals. Your role is less about being close to the code and more about enabling this exceptional team through strategic direction, removing blockers, mentoring talent, and partnering with product, sales, and customer success to ensure the team's work translates into customer love. You'll need strong business awareness and comfort engaging with customers to understand their integration needs.
