As an Engineering Drafting Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Drafters, and Engineers to maintain drafting standards, support our drafting workflow, and ensure high-quality deliverables across the board. You’ll play a key part in shaping our drafting processes, managing detail libraries, and performing QA/QC to ensure every package meets the highest expectations. What You’ll do:



  • Maintain and update the Delegated Design Revit Template, ensuring it remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with project needs.
  • Develop, organize, and expand the typical structural detail library to improve efficiency and drafting consistency
  • Perform QA/QC reviews on drafting packages before they are submitted, ensuring alignment with internal and client standards
  • Lead the drafting team by assigning tasks, reviewing work, and maintaining workflow standards
  • Learn and utilize Tekla Structures for structural engineering drafting. (training provided)
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure drawing quality, accuracy, and coordination
  • Contribute to drafting standards, internal documentation, process improvements, and training materials
  • Work independently with strong ownership and initiative, while remaining a collaborative member of the drafting leadership team

  • Tekla Experience: While not mandatory, having prior experience using Tekla Structures software will be an asset.
  • Industry Experience: With 5+ years in structural engineering drafting, you bring valuable technical understanding
  • Standards Champion: You are passionate about consistency and quality and play an active role in establishing, enforcing, and continuously improving drafting standards, workflows, and best practices across projects.
  • Revit Knowledge: You have working knowledge of Autodesk Revit with experience managing templates, standards, or BIM workflows.
