Weetabix - Level 3 Engineering Technician - Mechatronics Apprenticeship | MTC Training

Training is based at the Manufacturing Training Centre in Coventry. You will need to be able to get there and to our site in Burton Latimer.

The Recipe (About the Role)

  • Attend training sessions held at the Manufacturing Training Centre in Coventry and complete your coursework (we’ll help you succeed!)
  • Work alongside experienced engineers and learn on the job
  • Get involved in fixing and maintaining machines that keep Weetabix running
  • Learn how to keep everything safe and working smoothly
  • Be part of a team that solves problems and makes things better
  • Share your ideas – we love fresh thinking!
  • Use computer systems to track progress and report on projects

The Ingredients (What we need from you)

Key Know How:

  • 5 GCSEs (grades 9-4 / A*-C) including Maths and English
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good at talking and listening – teamwork is key!
  • Positive attitude and ready to learn new things
