Objective


Provide support to the Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at Establishment Labs, ensuring comply with quality and safety standards and prevent interruptions in equipment and production line operations.


Main Responsibilities


  • Execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Tasks: The Engineering and Maintenance technician is responsible for actively participating in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at Establishment Labs, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Equipment and Production Line Support: Ensuring smooth operations, the technician is responsible for supporting the equipment and production line requirements. This includes liaising with various departments to understand their maintenance needs, proactively addressing potential issues, and implementing measures to prevent interruptions in production due to maintenance-related issues.
  • Control the department's indicators: This is to ensure that the department meets the proposed objectives during the year and the technician is responsible for supporting and complying with the indicators.


Technical Requirements:


  • Electromechanical Technician, Electrotechnics, Refrigeration or Industrial Electronics.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in maintenance and/or facilities coordination roles in manufacturing/or medical companies.
  • Proactive and with solid communications skills


Please note that this position is to work on a schedule from Monday to Saturday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
