As dynamic Engineer Technician Manufacturing you are the electro-technical support of production. Your focus is to NPI (new product introduction) and repair. Your purpose is alignment with R&D around problem escalation and root-cause investigation in case of technical issues. Your responsibilities:
Build and support prototype assemblies in manufacturing.
Load software/firmware, start-up and test the first prototype units.
Debug and repair during prototype phase.
Act as first line support towards production repair team.
Support the PQM analysis.
Fall-off analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare documentation, configuration and instructions in electro-technical field.
Collaborate with the R&D team to resolve issues.
Report to the NPI & Industrialization supervisor.
Experienced Bachelor’s or recent master’s degree in Electronics.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Ability to troubleshoot and repair
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Fluent in Dutch and English
