We're looking for two Engineers to join our Survey Design team, a cross-functional team responsible for shaping the survey design experience in our Engagement product. Our survey designer enables companies across the globe to intuitively build science-backed surveys and support leaders in taking meaningful action to create a better world of work for millions of employees.
The team is focused on key initiatives including building a centralised library of curated questions to unlock the next step of data analytics, revamping the survey design experience to improve survey quality, and integrating AI capabilities to help customers gather deeper insights.
