What you must have
Strong expertise in Python and Shell scripting
Hands-on experience with the Pytest framework
Solid experience in RAN (4G/5G) testing, including Feature testing, Regression testing, Performance testing
Good understanding of 4G/5G message flows and associated parameters
Experience creating complex test plans spanning 4G/5G features and performing root cause analysis
Strong focus on automation and scripting (high priority for this role)
Good understanding of Kubernetes (K8s), Docker containers, and basic knowledge of AWS
What you will do
Own Automation Infrastructure Design & Integration
Gather and integrate requirements from the R&D organization
Define major architectural building blocks and lead key enhancements
Recommend and initiate system improvements and automation code refactoring
Review automation infrastructure design and code developed by engineers
Lead the implementation of new, complex, or large-scale modules/features in an optimized and scalable manner
Take a hands-on role in Kubernetes (K8s) deployments, adapting deployment models to suit different platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to stabilize and optimize setups.
