About the job: 

• Work on 6G network architecture design, focusing on aspects related to beyond connectivity services, e.g., AI, Computing, Data.

• Participate in designing and developing solutions to 6G network management and optimization, in particular Agentic AI based solutions.

• Leverage lab resources to develop and implement proof-of-concept demonstrations.

• Work closely with team members to conduct research in one or more aspects of the projects.

• Responsible for contributing to team’s deliverables and publish results in reputable venues.

The total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.

Requirements

About the ideal candidate:

• Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computing Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Solid knowledge of wireless network architectures and AI including LLM.

• Strong and demonstrated understanding of AI ecosystem and AI agents.

• Background knowledge on wireless communications, networking, and network protocols.

• Strong ability to research complex topics, and develop concrete and innovative solutions.

• Strong software design and programming skills.

• Work independently and have a strong teamwork spirit.
