Engine Shop Technician

We are looking for a qualified Engine Shop Technician to our Magnetic Engines team in Tallinn, Estonia. As our new team member, you would be taking care of CFM56-3/-5B/-7B engine maintenance & repair in accordance with company approvals and personal authorizations.

Main responsibilities

• Engine QEC and BE accessories and components removal, inspection, installation
• Engine disassembly and assembly, cleaning, inspection, and repair
• Engine modules removal, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, part replacement, assembly, installation
• Engine preservation and preparation for storage, shipment, installation
• Engine teardown
• Occasionally perform engine removal and re-installation, operational checks, leak checks, and engine runs
• Observe all safety, environmental and general housekeeping rules, and policies

Main Requirements

• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
• 7+ years’ experience in relevant engine repair shop with CFM56-3/-5B/-7B models
  (to be proven by respective diplomas and certificates/experience logbook/previous company authorization’s)
• Experience in Engine Borescope Inspection would be an advantage
• Very good verbal and written knowledge of English
• Readiness for relocation, if needed
• Willingness to travel to Customer’s location (business trips)
