· Intermediate to high level proficiency in Apple Mac Operating systems

· Intermediate to high level proficiency in Mobility Device Management (MDM) in IOS and android operating systems and basic knowledge in Microsoft InTune.

· IMAC process Install, Move, Add and Change.

· IT Asset management (Desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other IT peripherals).

· ITIL and Agile process (exposure to SLA, Ticketing system)

· Network troubleshooting and understanding TCP/IP.

· knowledge in Microsoft 365 architecture and Office 365 environment.

· Antivirus troubleshooting (understanding of Trend AV and other enterprise antivirus architecture)

· Proficiency in multiple vendor hardware troubleshooting (HP, DELL, LENOVO, etc.,).

· Software deployment through SCCM.

· Manual software installation and troubleshooting.

· Handling and task prioritization.

· End-user experience
