In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and seamless Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation. You act as an extension of the client's team, owning the relationship and orchestrating technical solutions that drive measurable business results.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in an Engagement Strategist or similar role, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem or marketing automation space.
  • Proven success in Marketing Cloud, specifically mastering Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio.
  • Hands-on experience using AMPscript, CSS, and SQL to build and customize robust solutions.
  • A track record of translating high-level business goals into technical roadmaps while managing budgets and timelines.
  • The ability to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Experience coordinating work with internal teams and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
  • You hold at least two active certifications (Salesforce MC  Email Specialist, Salesforce MC Consultant, Salesforce MC Developer, Salesforce MC Administrator, or Salesforce MC Personalization Accreditation).

  • Architect end-to-end Marketing Cloud solutions that align perfectly with client business objectives.
  • Own the client relationship, serving as the primary trusted advisor for strategy, execution, and troubleshooting.
  • Build sophisticated automations and personalized customer journeys using your technical toolkit.
  • Orchestrate project delivery by managing hours, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze performance metrics to proactively recommend optimization strategies that boost client ROI.
  • Empower client teams by developing documentation and leading training sessions on new configurations.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within your first 90 days, you have fully integrated into your client accounts, established trust, and are proactively driving their marketing roadmap.
  • By month 6, you have successfully delivered multiple complex implementations on time and within budget, with zero critical errors.
  • Within your first year, you are viewed as an indispensable extension of the client’s team, resulting in high retention rates and expanded account opportunities.
