Engagement Director are senior members of the Customer Success team who offer expertise and guidance throughout our sales and delivery cycles. They work to ensure our clients realize real business value from Neocol solutions. Duties include working directly with our prospects and clients, analyzing and advising on business strategy and proposing optimal solutions throughout sales and delivery cycles.
