Engagement Associate
Hillel at Baruch, City, John Jay, Pace, SVA, FIT, Fordham, New School, and NYIT is hiring an Engagement Associate to join our team. You will build one-on-one relationships with students, put on awesome events across campuses, and help inspire students to make a commitment to Jewish life. Our Hillel serves approximately 4,500 Jewish students across eight Manhattan campuses. Each year, our student leaders and professional team create more than 300 program opportunities for students to engage in Jewish life, learning, and Israel.
Our Hillel’s next Engagement Associate is a dynamic, creative, well-organized professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for Jewish life. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, outgoing and engaging, and able to connect with students. Every day brings new ways to connect Jewish young adults with opportunities to further their identities and practice active Jewish life.
This position is full-time in-person in New York City.

The Hillel at Baruch, City, John Jay, Pace, SVA, FIT, Fordham, and New School aims to serve 4,500 Jewish students across eight campuses in Manhattan. Our mission is to enrich the lives of the Jewish undergraduate and graduate students so they may enrich the Jewish people and the world. The commuter students that attend these schools come from diverse backgrounds including the Former Soviet Union, Persian, Bukharian, Syrian, Israeli, and American-born students. The Hillel at Baruch College opened its doors to students in 1944. Since 2015, our Hillel has expanded to include The City College of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Pace University, School of Visual Arts, Fashion Institute of Technology, Fordham University, and The New School. Hillel at Baruch College is an independent non-profit organization (501c3) with an independent Board of Directors. The Board and its Executive Director are solely responsible for the policies and practices of the Hillel at Baruch College.
