Primary Function of Position
The U.S. ION® Endoluminal Territory Associate Ranger (ETAR) reports to the U.S. ION® Endoluminal Program Manager (EPM) within their homebase location. The ETAR plays a critical role in the early adoption and expansion of the Ion® platform, helping to increase access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy. This role is focused on supporting early sustainable users, developing KOLs, and fostering programs that demonstrate the clinical, economic, and strategic value of Ion®.
What sets this position apart is a more flexible job scope that primes the individual for effective and rapid response to emergent and strategic initiatives elevated by Ion Clinical leadership. These initiatives will provide the unique opportunity to engage with multiple levels of personnel, diverse healthcare systems, and a wide range of geographical regions to capitalize on evolving market dynamics. The ETAR will have significant exposure across the organization, from local teams to regional leadership, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive Ion® adoption on a national scale.
