About the Role:

12‑Month Maternity Cover

This role plays a key role in scaling our high-performing revenue organisation. This role owns core enablement operations that keep the business running effectively, including knowledge management, reporting and analytics, programme coordination, GTM communications, and cross-functional project management.

You will ensure enablement programmes are organised, measurable, and easy for the field to engage with. You will maintain the systems, content, and processes that support onboarding, certifications, and ongoing development. You will also identify opportunities to improve how enablement operates and how impact is measured across the GTM organisation.

Team Dynamics:

You will join a high-impact, high-performing global revenue enablement team focused on driving measurable business outcomes. The team combines expertise in sales, enablement, adult learning, and operations.

Your Impact:

Enablement content & knowledge management

  • Own Guru content administration and maintenance.
  • Process incoming content requests from across the business.
  • Partner with collection owners and departments to keep content accurate and current.
  • Maintain a high platform trust score.
  • Run monthly syncs with the Guru CSM.
  • Prepare and maintain pre- and post-session documentation in Guru.

Reporting & analytics

  • Produce ongoing reports for enablement sessions.
  • Compile quarterly summary reports with data analysis and insights.
  • Maintain the Enablement analytics dashboard in Wrike Analyze.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, dashboards and data flows.
  • Implement enhancements that improve clarity, usability and automation.

Programme coordination

  • Schedule enablement sessions and manage invitations.
  • Coordinate workshops, certifications and ongoing enablement activities.
  • Track participation and progress.
  • Support mentor and onboarding programmes where needed.

GTM communications

  • Create monthly GTM newsletters using Marketo, Guru and related tools.
  • Support structured, consistent communication to the field.

Access & systems management

  • Process daily access requests across enablement tools and platforms.
  • Maintain course and learning plan inventories in Wrike.
  • Ensure alignment with LMS structures.

Project management

  • Manage cross-functional projects, including Global Kickoff.
  • Build project plans, track milestones and ensure delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.

Content & course development

  • Occasionally create or update courses using AI-enabled or authoring tools such as Jollydeck or Articulate Rise.
  • Provide light presentation and slide support aligned to brand guidelines.

Process design & optimisation

  • Design and refine end-to-end enablement processes.
  • Improve scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Support internal certifications and structured programmes.

Operational support

  • Assist with ad-hoc operational and tooling requests.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement operations.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in enablement, revenue operations, L&D, or program management.
  • Experience administering knowledge bases, LMS platforms, or enablement tools.
  • Strong reporting and analytics capability, with comfort working in dashboards and data sets.
  • Proven project and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with systems, tools, and process-driven environments.
