One of our companies is currently looking for an Enablement Program Manager in the United States.

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enablement Program Manager to support learning and development initiatives across the Revenue organization. This role plays a key part in designing, coordinating, and maintaining enablement programs that enhance onboarding, product knowledge, and sales proficiency. You will work cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure enablement content is effective, up-to-date, and easy to access. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting team success through impactful training programs and resources.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training programs for Revenue team members
  • Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and events
  • Maintain and audit content libraries (LMS/CMS) to ensure materials are current and relevant
  • Track program participation, learning progress, and training completion
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales to improve training experiences
  • Collect and incorporate feedback to continuously optimize enablement programs
  • Create and support internal enablement materials, slide decks, and communication assets
  • Provide regular reporting on enablement effectiveness and learning outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience in enablement, sales/sales development, or program/project coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and sales enablement needs
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, and enablement platforms (e.g., Guru, Highspot, Seismic, WorkRamp)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
  • Bonus: Experience in instructional design, adult learning, or the AI/tech industry
