The Role

This role sits within the APAC Enablement Team reporting to the Regional Delivery Manager. The Enablement Partner, Adoption is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of coaching frameworks, driving consistent application of new skills, and Business Partnering with sales managers to embed sustainable coaching practices across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform insights from trainers and adoption analytics into structured, actionable coaching frameworks tailored to specific team needs and market contexts
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with sales managers, guiding their coaching approach and providing tools that enhance their ability to develop team capabilities
  • Identify and address barriers to skill application, creating targeted interventions that bridge the gap between training and consistent field execution
  • Work directly with sales teams to reinforce learning, model desired behaviors, and provide real-time guidance during customer interactions
  • Establish metrics and observation methods that accurately measure behavior change and skill application following enablement initiatives
  • Develop networks of coaching champions across markets who sustain momentum and share best practices for capability development
  • Gather field observations and performance data to identify emerging patterns and provide feedback that improves future training design
  • Create mechanisms that establish regular coaching rhythms and reinforce managers' responsibility for ongoing team development

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Experience in sales coaching, performance consulting, or change management
• Strong understanding of coaching methodologies and skill development approaches
• Proven ability to influence and guide sales managers in their coaching practice
• Experience implementing new processes or behavior change initiatives
• Excellent observation and feedback skills with ability to identify development opportunities
• Strong analytical skills to track adoption and measure behavior change
• Relationship-building capabilities with ability to establish credibility at various levels
• Understanding of adult learning principles and behavior change psychology
• Knowledge of sales performance metrics and how they relate to capability development
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt approaches to diverse markets within the region
