We are currently looking for a motivated individual to support our Core Team in organizational and communication activities while growing their skills in practice. YOU WILL
- Co-create and implement external brand communication on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Design simple visual materials in line with Helprise’s visual identity (e.g., using Canva)
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in employer branding and communications
- Support the organization of external events and Helprise’s presence at industry fairs
- Help maintain consistency and accuracy across internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters)
- Ensure brand communication consistency across all internal and external channels
- Manage brand assets (logos, graphic materials, templates)
- Co-organize internal events that foster company culture and employer branding
- Support onboarding and ongoing internal communication efforts
Requirements
- A strong interest in developing your skills in communication and marketing — this is a great role for entry-level candidates, including students and recent graduates
- Fluent English
- Excellent written Polish and a good sense of communication style and tone
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and the ability to set and manage priorities
- Comfort working 100% remotely and effectively navigating online collaboration
