What You’ll Do 
As a paid Employee/Team Relations Intern, you’ll work closely with our Team Relations department, gaining hands-on experience in employee engagement, retention, and program coordination across Monarch’s nationwide operations. You’ll be involved in projects that directly impact team members and company culture.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting delivery of Employee/Team Relations programs and services company-wide
  • Assisting with evaluation and improvement of retention programs, employee surveys, and exit surveys
  • Helping coordinate community outreach, volunteer initiatives, awards, and anniversary programs
  • Gaining experience with HR systems, project management, and data analysis to track program success
 
This internship gives you a 360-degree view of how employee/team relations, engagement, and retention work at a top-tier multifamily organization and prepares you for a career in HR, communications, or business management.
