BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in fostering positive employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices
Address employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and complaints
Investigate workplace disputes and conduct thorough fact-finding interviews
Collaborate with managers and employees to resolve conflicts and implement effective solutions
Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation
Provide training and guidance to managers on employee relations matters
Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements
Collaborate with other HR team members on collective bargaining agreements and union-related matters, if applicable

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations mainly in UAE.
Experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee grievances
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to build positive relationships with employees and managers
