The team

The Compensation & Operations Coordinator/Team Lead will be responsible for the efficient management of compensation and payroll-related actions across the Employee Lifecycle. This role ensures quality, accuracy, and adherence to local standards in employee data management and payroll-related information. Key responsibilities include overseeing the employee offboarding process, implementing the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and supporting the Rewards Team in critical compensation cycles. The position also entails active participation in global projects and leadership of the operations team, enhancing collaborative efforts across functions.

 
The role

Operations Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the PRE Payroll, Employee life cycle and Offboarding team, fostering a collaborative environment and optimizing team performance
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Handle and resolve complex issues escalated by the team

Compensation & Payroll related data:

  • Guarantee the maintenance of compensation actions and payroll-related data within the employee lifecycle management system.
  • Ensure payroll-related data reaches the relevant Payroll teams in the region on an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure quality assurance and correctness of all inputs, adhering to local compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the LTIP rollout, ensuring alignment with company strategy and engagement goals.

Employee Offboarding Process:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards and a smooth transition while maintaining data integrity.

Global Project Participation:

  • Engage in global projects, contributing to strategic initiatives and promoting best practices in compensation and operational management.
  • Collaborate with the Rewards Team on key processes such as merit increases, annual salary reviews, and LTIP planning and execution.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement within HR operations and lead initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency, service quality, and employee experience.
 
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • 7+ years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a shared services environment, supporting multiple countries across America region
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in compensation and payroll data management
  • Experience in HR service delivery and using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and case management systems
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and compliance standards
  • Experience in long-term incentive planning and rewards processes
  • Strong customer service focus, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues while maintaining a positive employee experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and regions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
