About the role: This role is for someone who genuinely cares about how work feels day-to-day and is driven to make it better. You notice friction before others do. You want to shape the employee experience end‑to‑end: from a new hire’s first day, through how teams collaborate, to how we celebrate wins. You’re hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes - not just specific tasks, or projects. You’ll help the team jell, turn our values into lived experiences and ensure our culture stays strong, human, and intentional as the company grows. What you'll do:
  • Design and run initiatives that strengthen connection, belonging, and atmosphere across the company — from team events to recognition programs.
  • Own and continuously improve onboarding, ensuring new joiners feel welcomed, integrated, and productive quickly.
  • Run people growth and retention initiatives, including performance review cycles and learning programs.
  • Own and administer Zowie’s HRIS and benefits, ensuring a smooth and reliable employee experience.
  • Ensure Zowie’s offices are welcoming, functional, and thoughtfully arranged spaces where people genuinely enjoy working.
  • Proactively identify gaps in the employee experience and turn insights into visible improvements.
  • Ideally you’ll bring with you:
  • High empathy and curiosity about others - you genuinely want to understand people’s needs and help them succeed.
  • Strong event‑organizing instincts and a natural host mindset - you enjoy bringing people together and making things run smoothly.
  • A proactive and relentlessly organized way of working; you spot what needs doing and get it done.
  • A positive presence: open, candid, easy to work with, and someone people naturally gravitate toward.
  • Fluency in Polish & English, with the confidence to communicate clearly across the company.
  • It’ll be awesome if you also have:
  • Hands-on experience building and running onboarding programs that help new joiners ramp up quickly and feel part of the team.
  • Experience owning or coordinating HR-related projects.
  • An intuition around what actually drives engagement, satisfaction, and motivation at work.
  • An ability to handle challenging interpersonal situations with empathy, discretion, and good judgment.
