As a Employee Experience Program Manager II, you will design, build, and deliver learning programs that strengthen capability across the business. You will partner with regional and international stakeholders, with a primary focus on Vietnam, to identify needs, create effective learning solutions, and scale programs that improve performance, leadership, and employee development.

This role is ideal for someone who blends strong instructional design, facilitation, program management, and stakeholder partnership skills — and who knows how to turn learning needs into practical, high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do

Location: Hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Work Location
This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office and follows a hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday through Friday and remote on Mondays, unless an approved accommodation applies. We place a high value on in-person collaboration and building a strong in-office culture.

  • Own and execute New Hire Orientation (NHO) in Ho Chi Minh, ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience
  • Support and coordinate Vietnam NHO programs and onboarding-related initiatives
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding, supporting new hires and stakeholders throughout the onboarding process
  • Manage and support the Taleara English Program for Vietnam employees
  • Coordinate marketing and events logistics as needed
  • Support event planning, execution, and logistics across APAC (e.g., trade shows, summits, partner activations)
  • Support Vietnam Kick-Off (VKO/ New year event) planning and coordination efforts
  • Support broader onboarding operations, ensuring processes are organized, scalable, and consistently executed
  • Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, Recruiting, IT, and Workplace teams to deliver a cohesive onboarding experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and employee experience processes, driving efficiency and consistency
  • Support additional employee experience or L&D initiatives as needed

What You Bring

 

  • 4+ years of experience in program coordination, onboarding, employee experience, event planning/execution, or similar operational roles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience planning and supporting internal events, team experiences, or large-scale employee programs
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort managing logistics, vendors, and high-volume requests (e.g., inbox management)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently
