  • Partner with leadership, Communications, and Workplace Experience to ensure strong participation and alignment across events
  • Continuously improve employee engagement initiatives to support culture, connection, and return-to-office (RTO) experience
  • Gather feedback and track participation to refine and elevate programming over time

People Operations & HRBP Support (Tech & Product):

  • Partner closely with the HRBP supporting Technology and Product to coordinate and execute People initiatives
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and high-quality employee experience
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including internal transfers, promotions, and documentation

Programs, Process & Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and operational excellence
  • Help streamline workflows and improve processes across People Operations and employee experience
