At Collective Health, we’re transforming how employers and their people engage with their health benefits by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology, compassionate service, and world-class user experience design.
We are looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator who’s passionate about creating exceptional end-to-end event experiences—someone who sweats the details and ensures every moment, from planning to post-event follow-up, feels intentional and seamless. This position plays an important role in supporting both Collective Health employees and our broader organizational operations, and will be relied upon to shape and influence our ways of working and ties as a community. This role will partner with a variety of internal teams to optimize and improve the employee experience across all hybrid and remote work arrangements, helping to create a more meaningful and satisfying work experience.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is excited to assist with our day-to-day operations while helping to creatively improve our programs and processes as we scale.
This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week. #LI-hybrid
