What you’ll do:

  • Prospect new leads (outbound) and qualify leads received by marketing (inbound)
  • Be available and ready for inbound calls by being logged in during work hours
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects
  • Schedule online product demonstrations
  • Provide proactive support and follow up to customers and prospects
  • Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of airfocus products
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Required weekly team trainings and daily stand-ups
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French or German
  • Highly effective problem-solving skills, a bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
  • Previous successful sales experience OR a strong interest in a selling role
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for exceeding expectations, demonstrated through consistently exceeding quarterly and annual targets

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player
  • Independent, highly motivated, and success-driven approach to all activities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment
  • BA/BS Degree
