Embedded Software Project Manager (Chinese-Speaking)

Job Description:
We are looking for highly-skilled Chinese-Speaking Embedded Software Project Managers to join our client In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) development team.
The team develops state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance systems based on Linux/Android. We deliver solutions for navigation, autonomous driving, and IoT features to leading car markers globally.
Main Roles:
- Manage software development for the latest generation of IVI systems.
- Work directly with international automotive experts.
- Interface with customers as the primary contact for the software lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (Q-C-D) of the project.
- Analyze, clarify, and document customer requirements.
- Issue and track development tasks for the engineering team.
- Lead problem-solving activities to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
- Manage project risks and provide team leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronics, Telecommunication, etc.).
- At least 8 years of experience in Embedded Software Development.
- Strong at project management and risk management.
- Knowledge of microcontrollers and V-model process.
- Fluent in Chinese (verbal and written).
- Good English communication skills.
- Desirable: Automotive industry experience (In-Vehicle Communication, Safety Standards); PMP certificate.
