The EMEA GSOC is a part of an integrated global structure with standardized processes and systems. The EMEA GSOC will have specific responsibility for:

(1) the active monitoring & tracking of the security operations status of Company sites, security alarms and global events with potential impact on its personnel, assets and reputation;

(2) the timely response, escalation and documentation of incidents and events;

(3) Site admin support for daily business needs;

(4) Data analysis support to enterprise teams.

 

GSOC primary function is to provide 24/7 monitoring, mitigating and escalating of any physical risk that could potentially put the organisation's people and assets in danger. The main objective of the team is to ensure any physical risks are identified, mitigated or escalated at the earliest time reducing any risk to the minimum. This RFP relates to the provision of qualified personnel to work as Operators and Supervisors in the GSOC in Dublin, Ireland.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for team recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation/management and other personnel management/ employee relations (i.e., absenteeism, disciplinary actions, turnover)
  • Responsible for staff onboarding, training, drilling, quality inspection, shift rostering, developing SOPs and other operation management;
  • Provide regular & adhoc business reports per client requirements;
  • Lead operation process optimization, identify problems or risks in the workflow, submit improvement plans, and assist in solving them;
  • Regularly liaise with client to ensure that client's issues are resolved in a timely manner, and ensure GSOC Operators/ Shift Leaders are aligned with overall vision/strategy;
  • Step in to support GSOC operations, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree or above / or min. 2 years GSOC experience (ideally in program management/supervisory/leadership capacity);
  • Proficient in using office software, with excellent document & technical writing skills;
  • Proficiency with data analytics and problem-solving skills;
  • Adapt at identifying and addressing customer needs
  • Ability to develop and manage programs, including prioritizing tasks, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), planning, allocating resources, executing, and overseeing progress.
  • Proficiency in global risk event monitoring, OSINT tactical intelligence, security systems and devices, response and incident/emergency response protocols.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
