The EMEA GSOC is a part of an integrated global structure with standardized processes and systems. The EMEA GSOC will have specific responsibility for:

(1) the active monitoring & tracking of the security operations status of Company sites, security alarms and global events with potential impact on its personnel, assets and reputation;

(2) the timely response, escalation and documentation of incidents and events;

(3) Site admin support for daily business needs;

(4) Data analysis support to enterprise teams.

 

GSOC primary function is to provide 24/7 monitoring, mitigating and escalating of any physical risk that could potentially put the organisation's people and assets in danger. The main objective of the team is to ensure any physical risks are identified, mitigated or escalated at the earliest time reducing any risk to the minimum. This RFP relates to the provision of qualified personnel to work as Operators and Supervisors in the GSOC in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to crises or emergencies that occur in the global office or involve employees, and coordinate resources to respond quickly and correctly;
  • Monitor global risk events and make preliminary analysis and judgments;
  • Use standard GSOC tools to assess security device activations or investigate physical security incidents and escalate issues to relevant physical security stakeholders.
  • Online physical security ticket response and processing; 5. Keep good records of work, handover, activity logs & incident reports;

Requirement

  • High school education or above / or relevant experience in a security operations center environment;
  • Proficient in using office software, with good document writing skills;
  • Strong logical thinking ability, good verbal & written communication skills; have a customer-centric mindset
  • Able to remain calm and professional under strong pressure;
  • Can adapt to the 7*24 hour working schedule, including holidays;
  • Experience in using CCTV and access control software to conduct investigations.
  • Experience using mass communication tools;
  • Familiarity with incident/emergency response protocols, including event reporting/logging & case management;
  • Ideal candidate will also have familiarity with proprietary and/or open-source intelligence risk event monitoring tools and techniques intelligence monitoring platforms and software.
