The Role:
Piermont Bank enables innovators in the broader technology ecosystem to launch new product and service propositions. This role reports to the bank’s Chief Banking Officer and supports fintech client implementations and program management for the bank’s Banking as a Service (BaaS) business, with a focus on deposit and payments products. The ideal candidate is an obsessive go-getter who has expertise in fintech, payments and/or banking and the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of a complex and rapidly evolving vertical. We are seeking a results-oriented individual who can independently manage multiple fintech programs and drive growth-oriented results for both the bank and its fintech clients.

The hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits.
