NFQ.email team is a leading Email Marketing service provider in Lithuania with national rights to represent Omnisend (Marketing Automation platform) among over 2000 national and international accounts. Our daily tasks include strategy planning, content creation, sales, client support, and overall E-commerce business consulting.
With 15+ years of experience in this field, we have consulted and worked with over 500 businesses, including names such as MemberShop.lt, Barbora.lt, Ermitazas.lt, Pegasas.lt, Audimas.lt, Makalius.lt, and many others, including international brands.
Currently, we are looking for an Email Marketing Strategist to join our delivery team. You will develop email and omnichannel strategies (Email, SMS, Push) for leading Lithuanian E-commerce brands, collaborating closely with project managers and content creators to drive performance and retention initiatives in a dynamic and diverse role.
In this role, you will
Work with dedicated long-term e-commerce clients to identify growth opportunities, improve performance outcomes, and support the delivery team (project managers and content creators) with strategic input on ongoing projects
Develop email & omnichannel strategies (Email, SMS, Push) aligned with customer lifecycle models, including strategic content planning based on creative, performance-driven tactics
Conduct audits for new incoming clients, including channel performance analysis, customer journey observations, revenue optimization recommendations, and prioritized action plans
Work closely with the team to ensure operational efficiency across client projects while contributing insights that help refine existing processes and methodologies
Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance, uncover trends, and recommend actionable experiments and improvements for customer retention
Support Omnisend-related account growth initiatives, including consulting and customer- centric program recommendations
Stay up to date with market trends in email, retention, and emerging growth/engagement channels, translating them into actionable insights for clients and team members
What you will bring
At least 2 years of experience in Email Marketing, working with multiple e-commerce brands
Demonstrated ability to develop performance-oriented strategies and audits
Strategic and analytic data-driven mindset to initiate improvements and optimize ongoing projects
Experience with Omnisend, Klaviyo, or other Email Marketing platforms for e-commerce
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability
Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving
Willingness to continuously learn and improve both personal and client performance
Fluency in Lithuanian and English
