WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Simpli.fi is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to help us create strategic email marketing campaigns, nurture inbound leads, and drive qualified leads through the company’s customer acquisition funnel. You will work cross-functionally and with marketing teams to design and implement performance-based email marketing campaigns while reporting to the Sr. Manager of Engagement and MarTech.

The ideal candidate will look for innovative ways to nurture new users, retain existing clients, and ultimately increase Simpli.fi’s customer lifetime value. Beyond email technology, this candidate will help optimize and explore marketing technology on an ongoing basis to support clean and updated databases that power email and marketing efforts for the company. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Primary activities include (but are not limited to): Building and scaling Simpli.fi’s B2B demand generation engine via email marketing to support the greater corporate growth strategy. You will be working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth in market share and top-line revenue. 

  • Assist in creating enterprise email strategy including content, audiences, drip/workflows, reporting, and capabilities.
  • Grow and maintain database of clients and prospects and ensure cleanliness of CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally both internally within marketing and externally with sales, Customer Success and other functions as needed to support both client and prospect email lists.
  • Implement tactics to support successful cross-sell and share of wallet campaigns in partnership with product marketing team.
  • Support martech stack along with the growth team to accompany Simpli.fi email marketing capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze email marketing performance against growth/marketing team and company KPIs.
  • Continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth. 

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing 
  • Previous experience in HubSpot or related email marketing platform required.
  • Proven track record in acquisition marketing/lead generation and product marketing
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and content mapping to support marketing campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of marketing analytics and data management
  • Strong knowledge of the online advertising industry, industry participants, trends, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Highly motivated to excel with a strong work ethic and initiative 
  • Strong ethical values
  • Resourceful, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
